Each item is handmade with care, so slight variations and minor imperfections like small air holes or mold seams are natural and not considered defects.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to providing durable, high-quality garden decor.
For outdoor painted items, we recommend applying a concrete sealer or a clear protective coat to extend their life.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging. A prepaid return label will be provided, and a refund will be issued once the item is returned.
If a return is due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, additional postage costs may apply.
